Users


A. Enrolled Users

1. Click the Users beside Course Administration. Then, click Enrolled users.

2. The page will show you some information about the users including their first name, email address, roles, groups, last access to course, and status. This setting has edit options for a specific user such as Edit Enrollment and Unenroll. The page also allows you to enroll users to your course.

3. To edit an enrollment, click Gear Icon found under status and a modal will appear to change the status of a user. Click Save Changes.


4. To unenroll a user, click the Trash can Icon found under status and a modal will appear to unenroll a user. Click Unenroll to successfully unenroll a user.


B. Groups

1. Click Groups from the given settings. This page allows you to edit group settings, delete selected group, create group, auto-create group and import groups.

    • To create a group, click Create Group. After that, the page will show you the form in creating a group. Fill out the required fields in the form. Once done, click the Save Changes to successfully create a group.

    • To auto-create a group, click the Auto Create Group. The page will show fields to fill out in order to create group automatically. If done, click Submit to create the group.

C. Other Users

1. Click Other Users. You will then be directed to a page where you can assign roles in the course.

2. Click Assign Roles. After that, the page will allow you to add users with roles whether they are Non-editing teacher or student.

  • To assign roles in Non-editing teacher, Click Non-editing teacher. After clicking, search the name of the user you want to have a role (non-editing teacher) in the course, then Click Add. The search bar is located at the right side of the page that has Potential Users above the box. Non-editing teachers can teach in courses and grade students, but may not alter activities.

D. Self Enrollment (Student)

  1. Click Self Enrolment (Student). After clicking, the page will show you a form to be filled out for self enrolment.

  2. You can also create your enrolment key for the course to allow students to self enrol themselves.

  3. After successfully filling the required information, click Save Changes.
