In accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), the participant consents to the collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data by the Center for Pedagogical Innovations (CPI) for legitimate training-related purposes.
Personal data may include basic information, contact details, images, audio/video recordings, and training outputs necessary for program implementation, documentation, evaluation, quality assurance, and communication.
By participating in the program, the participant agrees to:
Allow the recording and use of images, audio, and videos taken during training activities for official documentation, educational, and promotional purposes on CPI platforms.
Allow training outputs, assignments, and presentations to be collected, stored, and shared within CPI’s official platforms for academic and professional development purposes.
Allow personal data to be used solely for communication, coordination, certification, and program improvement.
Acknowledge that CPI will implement reasonable security measures to protect personal data.
Refrain from sharing or reproducing official CPI training materials without prior written permission.
Exercise data subject rights under RA 10173, including the right to access, correct, object to, or request deletion of personal data, subject to applicable policies.
